1.The Original

Runway-direction:                 09/27, 04/22, 14L/32R, 14R/32L, 18R/36L, 18L/36R

Runway:                              840x30m grass, 1500x45m grass, 940x30 m grass,

                                          870 x30m grass, 1120x45m grass.

MSL:                                  285 m

The airport LOXN is located NW of Wiener Neustadt and you can reach it very easy from the Highway A2, just use exit Wollersdorf or you can use the S-Bahn as well.

Wiener Neustadt West LOXN was original used as a big military Airfield. It was one of the first Airfields ever built and is still the biggest grasfield in whole Europe.

Today there is no big military action going on at this airfield, it is only used for parachute training purposes.

That means there is a big opportunity for a lot of glider Pilots, to use this airport located just 30 miles South of Vienna.

2.The Scenery

The scenery is based on open for public information and maps. The objects were completely rebuilt.
The package includes night textures and realistic lighting (X-Plane 10, 11 only).

Charts

are included in this package.

4.Installation

Just copy the folder " LOXN Wiener Neustadt West 2.0 " in the compressed file after unpacking in the "Custom Scenery" - folder.

                          Earth nav data and others)

 and restart X-Plane.

5.Recommanded settings

To visualize all light effects, HDR should be activated. The higher the settings for "texture resolution" and "airport detail" the better the quality of the scenery but the more affect on the FPS ratio.

6.Necessary Software

X-Plane® Version 11.11+, 10.30+ or 9.7

7.Comments for X-Plane 9 version

Unfortunately some functions of the scenery must be disabled for X-Plane 9 and therefore it will not look like on the pictures which where taken with X-Plane 10.25.
